All Around Pool and Spa is urging all of its customers to bring their pools and spas into compliance with the new federal law passed by congress and signed by the president.  The law requires all swimming pools and spas to take the necessary steps to prevent drain entrapment or hair entanglement that can have resulted in deaths by drowning.  The law went into effect December 19, 2008.  Although the law applies currently to publich pools and spas, the danger exists in all pools and spas.

Most existing pools and spas can be brought into compliance with the law by simply replacing the existing drain cover with the new, federally approved drain cover.
